President of the WPPA HE Saif Al Ketbi has been awarded an honorary doctorate by a top Swiss University. Al Ketbi, who also fulfils the role of Director General of the Office of the Crown Prince of Dubai was awarded the doctorate in Financial Management and Management of Governmental Organisation by the University of Human Sciences and Technology of Lugano.
